How do you plan a project?

We divide every project in short milestones (parts). By default, We prefer following scrum methodology to execute the milestones but we can follow other models like waterfall as per customer's preference. Each milestone is systematically planned in a way that we release a certain part of product to customers at the end of each milestone

Can i change my requirements in the middle of the project?

Yes absolutely! You can provide any changes in the requirements in the middle of milestones. Those requirements will be incorporated in future milestones and timelines and cost is adjusted accordingly to give you a well planned idea of the impact the changes carry hence allowing us to provide full transparency.

At the end of a milestone, Can i request revision to things i don't like as a customer?

Yes Of course! We allow you view the actual product over a live url/ live app so that we can get your feedback on the milestone. The feedback is taken care of immediately before the closure of the milestone so that the milestone can be freezed and we can move to other milestone.

How about if i have a feedback on previous milestones and want to change something?

Although we don't encourage these scenarios for avoiding delays but these can happen sometimes and in those cases, We try to take care of the feedback at the end of current milestone but if its big enough and contains change requests then an interim milestone can be created depending on the urgency of the change requests and their business impact

Do you provide any revisions at the end of the project?

Yes, We understand that you will get some new ideas when you see the whole product and they might be neccesary for your business so thats why we provide a free support period post the end of all milestones to provide all the neccesary bug support and minor change support.

How long is each milestone?

Normally the milestone duration can be b/w 2 weeks to 1 month unless the project is a very small project and requires less than 1 month.

How do you estimate the timeline of a project?

It all depends on the project requirements. At the start of each project, We analyse the requirements and figure out the number of man-weeks (Number of weeks if one person works on it) required for a project. After that as per your budget preference, We decide the number of people from our team who will work on the project and we simply divide the man-weeks by number of working people which gives us the project duration

How do you calculate the cost for a project?

Based on the man-weeks, We decide the cost for a project. Each man-week costs b/w 800-1500$ depending on the technology stack and infrastructure expertise required for the project. To put in simple words, We charge you based on the time we will spend on the project.

Do you provide any discount or do you negotiate?

Like every business, We can also negotiate or give discounts based on the project duration, advance payments, customer commitments and contract terms and conditions. It all comes down to when we finalize a project. To put it simply, We believe in 2 way negotiations, You understand us, We understand you!

What is the payment mechanism, Do i have to pay anything advance?

As we plan the project in terms of milestones, Same thing applies to payments as well, At the start of each milestone, We ask you for 50% of advance payment for that milestone ONLY. After the milestone is fully completed and closed as per your expectations, You pay the other half. To put it simply, As vendor we carry the 50% risk in case we do the full work for the milestone and the project gets scraped or is not continued and you as customer carry the other 50%.

Can i get refund in case i cancel the project?

Yes, It all depends on the work that we have done in that milestone when you cancel the project. We will refund the balance amount of the work pending in that milestone which is calculated based on the number of days pending in that milestone.

What does the project cost cover and what are exclusions?

Accepted Answer

Project cost covers the development cost, testing cost and deployment cost of the project along with free support period. It does not cover any hosting, infrastructure, software licensing cost or any cost associated with any third party platform required for development of the project.

Do you provide any free support after the project?

Accepted Answer

Yes we provide a free support period which is typically 50% of the project duration. During this period, We fix any bugs or minor changes as per project requirements and customer needs.

Simply put, Only the changes that contain significant difference from the discussed requirements.

Do you provide any support after free support period is over?

Yes we provide various paid support options containing monthly plans, on demand support, yearly plans based on your requirements.
