Payments outside escrow platforms
- The cost covers the development , Quality Assurance and related DevOps cost and no infrastructural/hosting costs are covered in the same. All the infrastructure has to be provided or paid by the client for the deployment and is not covered in the Project Payments.
- Before the start of any milestone, 50% has to be paid as an advance payment for the milestone, 50% will be paid after development , demo and Client Acceptance.
- Any payment fee applicable for paying via the payment medium will be borne by the client and is not to be deducted from the original amount and is not included in the budget specified above.
Payments on escrow platforms
- The cost covers the development , Quality Assurance and related DevOps cost and no infrastructural/hosting costs are covered in the same. All the infrastructure has to be provided or paid by the client for the deployment and is not covered in the Project Payments.
- Before the start of any milestone, milestone has to be created in freelancing platform and it has to be released after development , demo and Client Acceptance.
- Any payment fee applicable for paying via the payment medium will be borne by the client and is not to be deducted from the original amount and is not included in the budget specified above.
Work and Ethics Policy
- We don't on weekends or public/bank holidays as announced by Government of India.
- The code will always be shared with clients from gitlab accounts as per their preference.
- The infrastructure for deployment of the system will be provided by the client and its cost also borne by the client.
- We will provide a testing URL on client's or our own infrastructure depending on project size as the project starts and as the client can track daily progress on that.
- All updates and testing will be done on the testing URL Before finishing the milestone.
- There will be a free support period upto maximum 6 weeks depending on the project duration after the project is deployed to production for any issues or bug fixes.
- After the support period is over, It’s at our discretion to fix the issues for free or charges as applicable.
- Any changes in requirements or any additions to the milestone outside the spec sheets in this document will result in additional charges and increase in timelines as applicable.
- Any delays in providing requisite information from the client will be added to the deadline and will be the liability of Client.
