The Challenge

Workplace hearing conservation is a niche with real compliance stakes. When Occupational Sound Solutions came to us needing a website for their CAOHC courses and sound management services, the brief was clear: don't just list what they offer — show it working. Discovery calls with the client mapped out their audience, from industrial hygienists to HR managers booking compliance training. The feedback was consistent: the UI had to feel credible to a professional buyer, the product pages needed real depth, and nothing about the purchase path could require hand-holding.

What We Built

Website Design and User Interface

The design we landed on is clean without being sparse. Navigation is straightforward because the content does the work. No clever menu structures, no trendy layouts that prioritise style over function. Professionals buying compliance courses don't need to be dazzled; they need to find information fast and trust what they read.

Product Showcase and Descriptions

Each sound management product got its own page with specs, intended use cases, and supporting visuals. We wrote descriptions to answer the questions a buyer actually asks before a purchase decision, not just restate the product name in different words.

Custom Soundscapes Builder

This was the build's standout feature. Visitors can pick ambient sound types, set volume levels, and layer them in real time before committing. Live preview matters here: telling someone a soundscape is "calming" lands differently than letting them hear it.

Sound Samples and Previews

Short audio clips are embedded throughout, so a visitor browsing products can sample before they buy. No download, no external player. Just play and move on.

User Testimonials and Reviews

We placed client testimonials close to the relevant products rather than collecting them on a single proof page. Feedback is most persuasive when it's adjacent to the thing it endorses.

The contact page offers a form, a direct email address, and live chat. Response-path options matter for a B2B audience with varied communication preferences: some want a ticket trail, others want a quick answer.
