A ML Based Mobile platform to counsel the parents having behavioural problems with their children
Our client was a healthcare professional who counseled parents dealing with behavioral problems with their children. Most of these problems were recurring and predictable, so the client decided to build a mobile app to handle the process at a fraction of the appointment fee — removing the need for parents to visit the clinic each time.
The result was a clear win: the client reported that 70% of parents resolved their problems directly through the app’s questionnaire.
The app worked through a branching tree of questions asked to the parent, leading to a tailored solution for managing their child’s behavior. This required the app to learn from each answer and adjust what came next.
To solve this, we built an ML-based questionnaire that adjusted follow-up questions based on how the parent answered the current one. The questionnaire was also editable through a backend CMS, so the app’s admin could add questions and responses during the early phase. That gave the client a full solution they could manage and improve over time.
