Our client was a UK-based home appliance service and repair company. They needed to automate how they handled retail and corporate customers, covering quotations, job management, and invoicing.
Customers receive a payment link via SMS and email, letting them pay through various online options or cash on delivery. All invoice data is tracked, and the invoice dashboard shows statistics for converted invoices.
The system handles email, SMS, and PDF generation. Templates for each can be customized from the admin panel, along with other management tasks like backups, payment gateway configuration, and general system settings. Everything is managed from one place.
