Our client was a healthcare professional who counseled parents dealing with behavioral problems in their children. Most of these problems were recurring and predictable, so the client decided to build a mobile app to handle the process at a fraction of the appointment fee — removing the need for parents to visit the clinic every time.

The outcome was strong: the client reported that 70% of parents got their problems resolved directly through the app’s questionnaire.

The app works through a branching question tree. Each answer shapes the next question, guiding the user toward a solution for managing their relationship with their children. That adaptive flow required a machine learning approach driven by the parents’ own responses.

To build this, we developed an ML-based questionnaire that adjusts follow-up questions based on the answer given to the current one. The questionnaire is also manageable through a backend CMS, letting the app’s admin add questions and responses during the early learning phase — giving the client a complete solution for themselves and their customers.
