The goal of this web platform was to create a website for a real estate broker brand and allow the company to manage the workflow of various documents involved in the broking process automatically via an Internal Backend CMS.
A key business requirement was automating form collection that customers had previously handled in person at the local office. To remove that friction, we built a mechanism that lets the client create dynamic forms and embed them in the website as calculators or data entry forms, adapting to their changing business needs. Customers can now fill these in from home via their mobile phones.
Another requirement was promoting the brand through SEO, SMO, and Google Adsense. The site needed to be SEO-friendly while loading as fast as a single-page app, which we achieved through Server Side Rendering. The result was a fast, navigable website where each page carries its own identity and meta tag configuration.
The client can manage all site content, internal documents, and form submissions independently through a dynamic admin panel, reducing reliance on developers and keeping ongoing costs down.
